I am an eco-gastronomist currently studying sustainable food systems.

I work as a vegetarian chef specializing in green and humane menu planning and dietary restrictions including, but not limited to, diary and gluten intolerances.
(catering private events and providing educational workshops.)

I have devoted a large amount of my adult life to environmental activism, land conservation, and to the building of respect for and maintenance of our planet.

I am well-versed in whole food nutrition.

I’m interested in living life as a practical idealist, risk taking and dancing like no one is watching.

I currently reside and work in Berlin, Germany.
